Wow! What a find, James, I believe all are out of print. Best install bars on your windows, those are real treasures! :o
Cheers,

James, I have all four (I'm sort of a book hound), and they are all great books. Enjoy.

Hi,

very nice picture from Steve Anderson. I love it!
But for me a little bit to expensive.
I take the money instead for new Kits.  ;)
But it would been great have a picture over the workbench.

Jörg

Arrived in the mail today, only took just over a week to get here from the states. A selection of RB Motion detailed nuts in both Aluminium and Brass, I have used hundreds of these nuts in the past and they are superb, these latest ones are destined for my scratch build.

Due to an event in Canada a couple of weeks ago I decided to finally take the plunge and order a kit I have been eyeing before the exchange rate got too bad. I have been talking myself out of this for a year now and should have jut got it when it came out and our dollar was good. So finally I get my Hansa Brandenburg W.29 and the Felixstowe F2A

I also decided to splurge some more as this only has one marking option and ordered the Pheon Red decals for it.

No idea when I will build it as its so big.

Very nice James! I hope the event you refer to came with a Lottery win, you lucky devil! ;) Nice choice for the scheme as well.

No, just trying to be PC. I figured the buck would tank after the 19th (election) and so far it is dropping as I thought.

Its been a good week  :)

I can't tell you just how pleased I am to have got one of these at last  :) :)

Not taking the opportunity when it was readily available has been a real regret ever since. Having recently sold some model engines that have sat on the shelf for far too long there was only one thing to convert the proceeds into. Yes, it was a bit over the odds off Ebay but not excessively so, but having now got it I'm truly well pleased.

Then today this finally arrived from NZ

Taking the opportunity to get the 'special' I did get caught for the VAT and service charge - £19.78 - but even so it worked out at just over £4 cheaper than I could have got it from Hannants and the book is a real bonus.

There's going to be some long time at the bench ahead I guess :)

Well done Tug!  The LVG is near and dear to my heart as it's the only WNW kit I've built so far.  Got plenty waiting in the stash though. :)

Cheers,
Eric
