Hello from the UK
« on: June 21, 2013, 11:35:57 PM »
Hello All,

Just starting a new build - a WNW Snipe and this seems to be the place to post a build log... It'll be my 3rd attempt at a WNW kit, well 4th, as I spent months building a Rumpler - but dropped it as I was making final adjustments to the rigging  :'( Unrepairable and disheartening! It rather put me off them for a bit - but I think I'm back on track now..

I'm from the UK, I'm 47 and I took up modelling again a few years back after a long break..

I'm hoping to post some pictures of the Snipe build shortly..

Thanks for looking..

Guy

I can't seem to get the photos embedded in the post.. It wont let me paste or drag and drop the photobucket link in the attachment box? Any ideas?

Thanks

Hmmm, I did that, but it just shows the link but not the photo?

Greatings Gisbod

Love your work, thanks for posting the photos.  Hmm, now that's a very beautiful Pfalz, can you share some more photos?

Steven

p.s.  I've just had a diversion into Guy's Photobucket library, I'm left stunned by his Pfalz.  The close-up of the engine is just sweat, some of the best weathering I've seen and an exhaust to die for.  Frankly Guy, I'm sure you can teach me a thing or two about weathering.
