The next step after the basic uniform was completed: Black leather jacket. Basic color is Mars Black and Titanium white. Highlights are Cadmium orange added to the base. The Cadmium orange is very powerful and must be used sparingly. High Highlights of Titanium white will be added later.

Thanks Bud! I have done a bit of work since I took the photos. The fur collar is in progress and I have put down the base coat for the boots and flying helmet,

Your skill with a brush is very evident here Rick.

Cheers,

Chris
You can have it good; You can have it fast; you can have it cheap. Pick any two, but all three are impossible.

Thanks Michael! It is my belief that anyone can paint figures to an acceptable level. Like anything else in our hobby it just takes practice and experimentation  ;)

The latest pictures: Leather work is basically done bar touch up. I have also begun to do the eyes on the face:

Here is an update at last! I finally got my facial tones to a point I can live with. Still perhaps a little touch up around the eyes. Next up finish the Epaulettes, and touch up all of the little areas that are bothering me  ::)

Thanks Gregory! Your support and interest are appreciated as always! I will have to work on the lighting for my photos as the subtle tonal differences aren't showing up as much as I would like.
