I have noticed a dearth of decals for AEF types in 1:72 scale, is this the case in the other scales?
There don't even appear to be any sheets of AEF roundels and tail markings as there are for RFC, RNAS, French, early/late German and even Austrian aircraft. I have sent an e-mail to Rowan on this subject and would like to know if anyone else would be interested in even a basic roundel/tail marking sheet for AEF aircraft, or better still, a sheet or two covering DH4, SPAD XIII, Nieuport 28, Salmson, Camel and other types in AEF service.....maybe in addition to a basic roundel sheet....
The squadron markings are pretty interesting but the Microscale sheets are pretty hard to come by - I do have them but then we come back to lack of roundels etc....
Any others with similar thoughts? Would it be worth while for Rowan to investigate further?
