Wingnut Wings Website
« on: June 11, 2026, 06:26:27 PM »
Maybe been mentioned already, but I've been trying to open the WNW site for a couple of days now and just get error messages.

I think we've all had plenty of time to download any info we wanted, so can't complain. Still a shame if that's it gone now.

Surprised it's stayed up so long to be honest.
Sandy

Does anyone have a CD or DVD copy of the complete website available for sale? Thanks.

No need to buy anything, just go to the link in this thread and download what you need.

Surprised it's stayed up so long to be honest.

Wingnut Wings is still an active company. They are filing annual returns (the most recent in October 2025), so although they are not producing kits the company is still in existence as a corporate entity and of course still owns the moulds and maybe some unsold stock.

I have always harboured the faint hope that they have kept the company going so that it can be resurrected once the parent company starts making more money again, which is likely to happen once the new Lord of the Rings film is out in 2027. But who knows?
