Finally got this one to some sort of stopping point. It?s definitely a three footer for sure. But it served its purpose of confirming that my Americal Gryphon decals are still serviceable. I have a few other builds I want to complete and use them on someday.

Certainly looks the part Tim.

Looking forward to seeing what else you've got planned for those decals  :)

My vote would be a Knoller C.II for them.

However, Great job on the Aviatic D.I, well done Tim.

Another great looking aircraft.  I do like the 3 series and the modifications made to complete this model look great!
Glad the AG decals still worked well, I've also got this very sheet and I'm nowhere near to using them yet, hopefully when the time comes they'll still apply as good as yours did.

I still have some of these decals, never used them despite loving this aircraft. I think you have done a great job with the decals, especially on the top of the fuselage. The end result looks great, I'd like to see more of these...... ;)

Three-footer be damned! That looks very good from where I am sitting: in addition it is a new type to me so even more interesting.
