This is looking gorgeous, Prze. I'm hard-pressed to say anything that doesn't repeat what others have posted - but I like it a lot!

Thanks, Zac.

Today I attached the outer wing panels, second pairs of interplane struts and rigged 8 incidence lines.

Hi Przemo,
Excellent and clean work, as always.
I have a question. In the previous FE.2b (Jess) for the incidence lines i think you used combination of eyelets and tubes.
Now I see clear lines. What material is used and how did you attach it?

Hi Spyros. Many thanks for your kind comment. My first Fee was built some 15 years ago, when I used brass tubes for rigging. They may give an impression of turnbuckles but it was not intended. Fee had the RAF streamlined wires, no turnbuckles on the majority of rigging. Now I am using the polyimide tubing for securing the lines. And I continue to use the 0.12mm monofilament fishing lines, only that now I paint it with steel colour. Also the preparation of eyelet rigging stations is shown in some photos earlier in this thread.

Main interplane rigging well underway, basically only the doubled lines to go. Also the bomb rack and u/c got their cables.

Thank you, Paul.

The interplane rigging rigged! Just the outer doubled lines need their dose of steel paint.

Thank you, Alexis.

More weekend progress - started working on tailbooms, prepared the tail skid and made the replacement for kit flattish PE representation of turnbuckles for rudder/skid cables.

Wow, this is a stunner! Superb work.

Can I ask about your rigging with turnbuckles? It looks like you are using Modelkasten which is threaded through the turnbuckle glued to itself and then neatly trimmed. Is this how you do it? I think it looks very realistic.

Thanks, Nigel.

I am actually using a darkish monofilament fishing line of 0.12mm. I attach it to the eyelets or eyes in the turnbuckles using the tube method - more precisely I use a polyimide amber tubing with 0.279mm internal diameter cut to very short sections, about 0.5-1mm long. It is the method I described in the Rigging for Everyone presentation available in this forum section.

More excellent detail work and the turnbuckles are a great improvement on the PE items. 8)

Interesting to note that you wrap the roundel slightly around the hinge line since this was something I was discussing recently . . .

Beautiful work Prze. I really like the scheme and will certainly save this for future reference.
