Potez 452. Azur 1/72
« on: February 16, 2026, 12:53:33 PM »
This was my first completion post rebuilding my modeling room. (otherwise known as the furnace room). I?ll post pics of it next.

This Potez kit from Azur seemed to be a nice subject for a quick one week build. Moving at such a quick pace I didn?t even think about taking in progress photos. The kit went together nicely enough though. I really did finish it in less than seven days. The vast majority being built over a long weekend. I only added a few scratch built pieces to the engine housing and exhaust.
Painted with Model Master French Light and Dark Blue enamel. Decals from the kit replicate a machine on the Battleship Lorraine in 1935.

This was a fun nice break from my usual WWI subjects.
Thanks for looking in!

Unusual subject and a very nice build for quick one! The pilot must have found it quite hard to see where he was going .......

That is an odd looking machine. Well done for producing a first class model in such a short time.

Stephen.

I've not seen that one before. What a crowd pleaser!
