Eduard 1/72 Albatros D.Va 'Stropp'
« on: January 08, 2026, 01:27:57 AM »
Hey all!
Another classic Eduard Albatros build. This is my version of D.Va 7161/17 'Stropp' of Jasta 46. A lot of the weathering was based on the various TVAL machines flying today.

Cheers!

Can't see the photos as it looks like they are on Imgur, which doesn't let folks in the UK see their images.

I've re-upped the photos to flickr and replaced them. Let me know if you can see them

Cheers

Wonderful work on your DVa and a great rendition of the 'Stroop' scheme.

I'm glad you put them on Flickr because I can now see them and this is a lovely build, super work in that small scale. Your wood finish is superb, very effective, and the rest of the build is really well executed, well done!

Very nice. I like the straw-colour woodwork.

That is 1/72 scale? That is a superb finish in the One True Scale - quite exceptional IMO. The weathering is superb but the overall scheme is also striking.

Very nicely done, sir! The wood grain and weathering effects are spot on :)

Can't wait to see what you build next!

Exceptional detail and the weathering looks very realistic.  Really like what you've done on this D.Va...

Take care
