That is a gorgeous P-40! Weathering is spot on, and the figure sets it all off perfectly!

Gary, as freakin' spectacular as all of your machinery builds are, so too are your human figures. Just incredibly life-like. IMHO there's no one better.

The test works well and it's also a pleasure to see such a well-finished model. Beautiful finishing and weathering all round.

Rick, Warren & Nigel - thanks for the kind words on the model. It was quite an enjoyable project with Eduard releasing a very nice model of the P-40E of which I built two back-to-back. I'd build another if I wasn't so keen to deplete my stash rather than add to it!

Nigel - this was my fourth attempt at trying to understand the process to use Flickr. Still not sure if I am doing it correctly, but the images showed up so I must be doing something correctly. I was actually in the UK when Imgur images became unavailable there...thus I knew I had to start using a different image hosting site.

Hoping to start a WW1 aircraft build soon...but need to finish off a couple of projects. One involving my hopefully-soon-to-arrive Copper State Models Vickers-Clyno Mk.IV with a number of figures.
Cheers,
Gary

Not usually a fan of these more modern types, but seeing this one I am in the process of changing my mind!
