Gothaforce Fokker DVII OAW, Ltn. Leusch

Hi friends, I am delighted to be able to show you the finished Gothaforce Fokker D VII OAW Leusch.
Building a 3D-printed model like this was a completely new experience for me. The amount and fineness of the details is overwhelming. Sometimes caution was required when separating the parts. But overall, assembly was very easy and even beginners should have no problems. Many parts are simply slotted together and do not need to be glued.
I also really liked the historical research on Ltn Leusch's aircraft carried out by the Gothaforce team, for example the replaced aileron on the left.
I had a lot of fun building the model and hope you like it.
Cheers

You've really done this kit justice Joerg, the end result looks great. I really like the figures as well, a very nice addition. Excellent work all round!

Well that is an absolute beauty.
I love the subtle weathering and really enjoyed following along your build thread (even if it's unlikely that I'll ever build one there were so many hints and processes along the way that I've put into the old memory banks ready for future use)

That is super. The finish is first class and the details are really eye-catching. The figures add another dimension - on a grass base this model would be a real winner.
