Another Reich Defender: Airfix 1/72nd scale Me 410

Other than the paper seatbelts this is another OOB 1/72nd scale build. MRP Acrylic Lacquer Paints, Aeromaster decals, and Oils for Weathering. Also used the Dryer sheets for layering on this one.

Another beautiful build Rick! The paint work is excellent.

Any tips on building this kit? Have thought about adding it to the stash for a little while now.

Cheers!

This looked like a nice little kit when it was released and you've done a fantastic job on this one. Really good build and lovely finish all round.

Thanks Brad! As for tips all I can say is it goes together really well. No major issues other than the Canopy Assembly is a bit tricky! Lovely kit overall!

Another gem added to your collection, Rick. Really enjoying the WW2 models you've been showing here. Excellent rendition of that mottled grey camo on those late-war aircraft.
Cheers,
Gary

Superb model Rick - one of the best that I have seen made form this kit. As Gary has commented, your late war mottle scheme is simply wonderful.

Stephen.

Excellent Amigo !!!  How did you like the MRP paints ? Is it me, as it looks Like a 75/81-83/78 camo?

Thanks Amigo! In answer to the question about MRP, I Love them! Once I got familiar with them and how they spray through My Eclipse I got much better results.
The colors are RLM 74,75, 76. You are probably seeing the results of My layering and fading /weathering. I did use just a tad of RLM 02 on the fuselage mottle per Aeromaster instructions.
