My guess is some AI generated garbage. This book has been in the public domain since forever?.

It is a very large calibre gun housed in a gun shield seen from the rear. If you look on the back cover where the picture continues it becomes clear. Unfortunately I am unable to post the image on the back cover but if you look up the book on Amazon you can see both front and back pictures.
