I think I have the war diary of FFA 209 somewhere on my hard drive. It was published in the 1920ies (of course sadly only in German). There might be some information on the fate of 8518/6, shall I have a look when I?m home again?

Hi Boros,
Any information for my build log would be appreciated, if you get the time,

Mike

Found the book. It's about FA(A) 211, not 209. Sorry, Mike!

Hi Boros,
Thanks for looking anyway  ;)

Thanks,

A good choice of schemes, Mike - the one I'd pick too. The way the paint has peeled off that top wing makes for a very interesting weathering approach to this one. Nice work on the cockpit so far.
Cheers,
Gary

Hi all,
The fuselage is ready to be closed up.
I've added ignition leads and plugs to the engine.
In addition the two pipes fitted to the air pump at the front of the engine.
The fitted engine driven generator has a drive belt fitted, made from EZ heavy black line.

Impressive. Makes me wanting to build this model once more, I have one early version still in my stash.
