WIP: Hasegawa 1/72nd scale Bristol Beaughfighter Mk. 1F. MRO and Tamiya Paints. Squadron codes are Old Almark decals. Roundels are Aeromaster and Kit.

I built the Airfix Dogfight Doubles years ago. I've since learned you can not have rockets AND torpedoes...

I built the Airfix Dogfight Doubles years ago. I've since learned you can not have rockets AND torpedoes...

Thanks Stephen! I just realized I hadn't posted the finished photos  8) Funny thing is the More I looked at the Almark Decals I suddenly realized they were RAF Sky, not appropriate for the time frame! So I procured an equally Old Micro Scale RAF 36" code letter set and replaced them with grey codes! (My pics make them look almost white)

This is one I built in my teens, but it looked nowhere as good as yours Rick.

Great finish Rick, BoB scheme is my favorite for RAF.
That said, I can see a lot of by future builds in the white finish of Coastal Command.

Thanks for commenting! Yeah the BoB schemes are basic but end up giving lots of weathering opportunities! I also like the Coastal Command schemes. Not in My plans right now but perhaps in the future!
