Does anyone have any experience with Bird Models kits (Germany)?
They offer resin + metal kits of highly esoteric aircraft, mostly WWII prototypes and unbuilt projects.
The also offer 5 WWI Junkers aircraft in 1/72: A J.3-II (unbuilt two seat project), J.5 (unbuilt single seater), J.7 (early D.I prototype), J.8 (CL.I prototype) and J.11 (CLS.I floatplane).
Bird Models sell on Ebay and they only show photos of poorly built models, which are not very tempting...
The kits are fairly priced and I would love a Junkers CLS.I.
Any first hand information on the quality of these kits would be appreciated.
