Old fella From San Diego
« on: March 09, 2025, 11:36:46 AM »
Hello
I have been Eyeballing this site for a bit .... Lots of great info.
I am 60 now and have been building scale models since I was 10. Mostly WW2 Armor and Aircraft, am I good at it......no so much to still learn.
I am however on a WW1 Armor, Aircraft and Artillery Kick. I know you are mostly WW1 aircraft, but I did see a section for artillery. So here we are.

I am Currently building a nice Takom Big bertha 420 Cm howitzer. So, I will be asking a lot of Armor and arty. questions.

Welcome aboard! With the breadth of knowledge in our membership I'm hopeful you'll be able to get answers for your questions. I'm excited to see your builds.

Welcome!
Same with me: From time to time I get serously distracted by ww2 aviation or armour. But I have never been in avaition alone, I have build quite a number ? for me as a slow builder ? of wwi tank kits (like the Ft-17, the Schneider, the Mark I) and my stash contains almost every ww1 artillery or tank kit I could get my hands on.
