Ok, I am in..just dug up my Caproni Ca.42 from the beginning of this millennium. Scratchbuilt project; lacks the wheels, radiators, rudders, armament, finished paintwork, etc.  I started it long ago, but it was one of those models that was never completed and ultimately I more or less forgot about it. So this group build will come quite handy for me, as far the Caproni goes...hopefully all the way to the finish :)

Cheers, Skyhook

I will be in with the Bristol Scout C from this build. Sadly the 1 1/2 strutter met a violent end during the build  :-[

If I should finish my Nieuport in time, I mean in such a way that it makes sense to pick up that here again until time for this GB is up, then I would love to join in. I have a small diorama in my mind which is still in the back of my head since I had started this little armored car some years ago.

Best regards

OK, the Eduard 1/72nd Nieuport 17's of mine have been languishing for years and years. I'll pitch in with at least one of those is that's ok.

Now HERE'S a question.....What if, just hear me out, what if we have a kit started by somebody else?!?!? HHmmmmm?

I just realized today that I couldn't live another day without a Hannover on the shelf. Evilbay has saved me yet again, problem is, it has been started by someone else, the cockpit is in, fuselage together.

I don't know if there is actually a category of builder that would build someone else's abandoned shelf queen. "Sick" comes to mind, "Pathetic" is another, I could go on....
Thanks,
Allan Buttrick

Hi Allan - no rules against it; once it is in your stash then I would call it "your" shelf queen :)

This actually happened to me! I bought a Hansa Brandenburg D.I old Eduard kit from Evilbay and to my suprise the PE interior had already been put together. It didn't put me off and I just continued to build it.
