Great job Allan!
I look forward to you diving into the Nieuport 28 to go along with your other Aurora builds.

That is absolutely brilliant. Well done Allan. I have about 5 old kits of that era and this build is really tempting me to get one out.

Wow, you built the thing and did a great job! It looks far better than I ever imagined it could, a fitting tribute to Dave. Well done!

That's just beautiful and knowing what comes in the box I wouldn't have thought it possible, Allan31. Bravo!

Hi Allen,

that's looking great! Somehow the stripes seem to hide the height a bit... :)

cheers Joachim

Congratulations on an excellent build in terrific colours of this old warhorse, Allan. Mother and baby brought to very successful conclusion.

Congrats, Allan, this would have knocked me over had it been an Eduard kit. But Aurora...??

Somewhere on the grounds of our old house here in the (US) Berkshires there's probably a half-dozen of those old D.V models buried in shallow graves, some partially melted... after they got built sixty years ago, and, inevitably, busted, they were sent into the mericless skies of the Western Front (i.e., the edge of our property up against the neighbor's horse pasture) where they all too often ended up in flames. And for those of you who have never gotten a gobbet of molten styrene on your unprotected flesh, lemme tell 'ya, it really hurts...
