Hello Fellow Modellers.
I have tidied this up since finishing the build and added a bit more smoke around the torpedo because it looked a little too uniform. The build log can be found here on the David Wilson Memorial Build: https://forum.ww1aircraftmodels.com/index.php?topic=14410.0
I hope you all like it.

Thanks for looking in.
Alan.

Superb work all round and an absolutely brilliant vignette. It's been fun to follow this one.

Superb action model. I hadn't been following the build sequence and just dropped in on the result and I'm glad I did.

Love the cotton wool steam, so difficult to get right but this is perfect.
10 out of 10 for originality and skills.
Sandy

That is a superb piece of scratch building and a very original subject. I have followed your build but have not commented - just amazed at your skill and patience working in such a small scale.

A very worthy tribute to Dave.

Stephen.

Thanks for your comments Przemol, Sandy, Nigel, Stephen and Bob. Don't worry Mathias, the Thorneycrofts have been on my radar for a while.
