Got some - question - On the video tutorial he states nothing sticks to it - not even super glue. After making the mold off the master would 2 part casting resin be okay for the duplicates or would you stay with 2 part epoxy putty? Is the 40 yr old Building Dioramas by Shep Paine method of casting applicable with this stuff?

Blue Tac sticks to it!
I've never tried two part resin with it, but since that gets quite warm when curing (thick parts anyway), it might be a problem. Regular ol' epoxy casts nicely, as does epoxy putty (I.e. greenstuff).
I used this stuff to cast my exhaust flanges in 5 min epoxy:

You can use it over and over, but after awhile it starts to get filled with water/air pockets and possibly detail might suffer. But like I said, my main application for it is to use it to make temporary jigs, for this it is fantastic.
