Well, this turned out better than I thought it would.
Masking over a corrugated surface is possible! Who knew? lol
A little squidge of over spray, but nothing to worry about in the grand scheme of things

Looks great! I actually think the little bit of overspray add authenticity. I doubt it would have been perfect up close on the real plane

Thought I'd put these lovely Artscale spoked wheels on the old metal wonder.
I had to fettle with the axel to make the wheels fit, but fit they do!
Red and white band masked and sprayed. Remask in progress!
