That's an absolutely brilliant piece of work, I love the animation of the whole scene! The D.Va and Marienfelde truck look great together, and those figures are gems... I especially love the old gentleman with his contraband copy of Le Mond (or so I imagine) looking on with vague disapproval...
I've always loved dioramas. In my local museum there used to be (they've probably junked them by now and replaced them with expensive interactive gee-gaws that'll break in a year or so) a series of 1:32 dioramas with painted backdrops by famed wildlife sculptor Louis Paul Jonas, who sculpted the 1:1 dinosaurs for the Sinclair pavillion at the 1964 World's Fair in NYC. I used to stand and stare at them for hours. This is an inspiration, maybe I'll finally try my hand at one one of these days!
