News update from Pheon Decals

News from Pheon Decals

Pheon Decals have reached out to customers and Forum members with news about Pheon Decals in the wake of the business’ website going down.

Sabine Broadbent assures us a new website should be up in early 2022 and in the meantime it’s business as usual, albeit with some email problems to be addressed.

Due to these email issues Sabine asks customers to not email Pheon for a few days while the issue is sorted out.

Sabine is preparing PDF catalogue files to advise customers of available stock.

She will also contact all the customers who subscribed to receive NOTIFICATIONS from Pheon to inform them.

Customers who had asked to have decal sets put aside need not worry, their sets are still aside.

Sabine says she has all the pre-orders details so in time, she will be able to contact everyone.

As Pheon do not take any money for pre-orders, there is no problem, no risk for anyone to lose money.

Sabine and Rowan thank customers and Forum members for their ongoing support and understanding.

Be assured Pheon Decals are still with us!

Tried to email Sabine a few weeks back with no response.  Hope their return will happen soon.

Any updates? Would be a terrible shame to lose that valuable resource.

As others have posted, I hope Rowan's health has improved.

Hi Dave. This was a month ago and no news. I feel a sadness coming upon me. I do hope Rowan is ok.

Hi folks

My apologies for delays in the update on Pheon Decals. I was in contact with Sabine at Pheon but have not been able to post her remarks unless she okays wider distribution of her message.

I have not received that approval yet so the news I can pass on is fairly general but still encouraging.

The short version is Pheon is still in business and there are some plans for the future. Rowan's health has stabilised a little but  health issues continue to dominate their lives

There are plans for a new website but I'm not privy to the detail yet. However these plans also include another hobby-related venture as a possible new avenue.

Like many hobby businesses Pheon have been coping with the fallout from Brexit which has complicated business with added costs.

The key point is that Pheon is still with us and is working through the personal and business challenges that 2022 has presented to them.

I'll post any news updates as I get them.

Thank you for that Dave.

I'm sure you will, but please pass on all our very best wishes to R&S for a positive way forward both in health and in business.

This is not just a selfish wish for more product but a genuine appreciation of the quality of their work and the pleasure of dealing with such a helpful and friendly couple over the last few years.
