What to make next?
« on: February 16, 2023, 04:37:52 PM »
Evening All,

So I was bad and got some more paper models.  Here are two WWI types I acquired.  I'll make one of these next!  Not sure which one but both will be really, really neat.

Cheers,
Dan

Well Dan, I want you to build both!  But since you’re going to make me choose, I’m going for the Lohner.  I had a blast building my Wings 72 kit.

Hi Dan,

here is a built report, maybe that helps with the decision!  :)

Greetings Joachim

This is my issue!  I want to build them both...

Joachim...that is AMAZING.  Ausgezeichnet (I think?) Great work.  It's just making the decision harder.  ;D

I'll decide soon and thanks for the input!

If you had put the Lohner against almost anything else it would have won but my vote is this.

Hi Rick!

Well...I was reminded that the UB-16 isn't an aircraft, so I ended up working on that first and next up (very soon!) will be the flying boat!  I can't wait.

Here is the U-boot thus far.  Some more details and rigging are needed but it's been a fun kit to make.

Here is a build thread link on a paper model site and the first in a play list on YouTube showing how the kit has gone together if you wish to take a peak!

More soon...I promise.

Thanks, Rick!

And sure enough, I did just see an active board for ships and armor.  Wish I had checked more carefully.  NEXT time...

Thanks for letting me know, Rick.

Cheers and have a great week,
Dan
