That's amazing. However, i'm curious about the German/Italian(?) flying boat in the background, and that Connie at idle is interesting as well.

I found it interesting to see how the nose almost tried to plough the field during takeoff. That explains why the extra set of wheels are there. I always thought they helped landings.

there are bigger planes out there. I remember a  b17 or b29 from a popular mechanics issue in the early 1990s that was hitting 30'

I wonder if there are any larger WW1 models? I've seen a very large-scale Fokker Dr.I but it's still smaller than this!
