Helping with a classic ultralight (microlight)

Hi all,
Since November Jonathan Mauchline, the chief flying instructor at my aero club, has been restoring a Skycraft Scout Mk.III, a first generation microlight which uses wing warping! It's been fascinating to follow his progress and help out where I can, including starting the mighty Fuji Robin engine (which puts out a whopping 18hp!) and generally documenting things through photos and video. I thought I'd share some of these as I figured its primitive nature is so reminiscent of Demoiselles, Taubes, Bleriots and the like despite being from the mid-1970s.

Thanks for making me jealous!
As soon as Jonny said "it has wing warping" I fell in love!
I have a ton of photos
here
and am adding to it most weekends.
