Thanks for the responses folks, keep them coming please.

I have removed several posts that had nothing to do with this poll or referred to complaints in deleted posts.

Please remember that very few manufacturers reach out to their customers in the way Special Hobby has, to invite our input on their WW1 production.

Also, on a personal level, I put a lot of time and effort into this site and have worked hard to build relationships with the manufacturers to try and keep WW1 modelling alive and growing. I will not sit by and watch a troll undermine it.

All manufacturers WW1 kits come with limitations, some more than others. That's a debate for another thread, but not this one.

My personal thanks to those who have shared their wishes for which OOP kit they want to see reissued. Special Hobby is following this thread and listening to us.

Come on folks, let's have those nominations for the Special Hobby OOP kits you would like to see back in production.

The company has asked us to select the kit or kits that would be most wanted and this is unique in the hobby these days. They sent us a list of the toolings available for re-use and that list is in my first post.

So far we have had 17 replies and I thank those who have taken part. But 17 out of a membership of over 3900 is no indicator to a manufacturer to invest in the production costs of returning any OOP model to production status.

We have an opportunity to influence a major model manufacturer, let's not blow it through inaction.

The more responses to the poll, the louder the message to Special Hobby that WW1 aircraft deserve their time and investment.

I would be interested in:

SH32006 – Morane Saulnier N (1/32)
SH32015 – Nieuport II Bebe (1/32)

Possibly if they are doing new resin additions they could include what is needed to do the MS N/I flown by Ivan Smirnov

I do already own some boxings of SH’s 1:32 Nieuport 11/16s and Morane Saulniers. But on the other hand: You never can have enough of something good, therefore:

Nieuport 11/16 (Maybe some Escadrille LaFayette markings?) in 1:32
Morane Saulnier N in 1:32

SH32015 – Nieuport II Bebe (1/32)
