Searching for informations about Italian WW1 propellers
« on: January 09, 2022, 07:06:08 PM »
Hello everybody

I am mounting an Andaldo SVA.5 from the squadriglia 80.

I founded SVA.5 had SFA 6 engine, ut I didn’t find anything about italian propellers
Windsock datafile proposes two propellers models:

The first one seems to be a bolt propeller

But In this picture it seems to be the second one…

Could someone tell me what could be  the second propeller brand ?
Thank you

Xan

Xan, at first I must say your Ansaldo looks fantastic! Is this a resin kit or the one from Fly?
I need to continue on my started Fly kit this year ...

I can't help exactly but do you know this walkaround? I think it has mounted the prop you are looking for:

This is my interpretation, it needs some final sanding (from my build in this forum):

Cheers,
Frank

Your wood work is just fantastic , as the wooden strits you did...
Yes it is the Fly model, quite old, but not a bad kit.
This question is not in the right place I will copy it again....
