News from Pheon Decals

Pheon Decals have reached out to customers and Forum members with news about Pheon Decals in the wake of the business’ website going down.

Sabine Broadbent assures us a new website should be up in early 2022 and in the meantime it’s business as usual, albeit with some email problems to be addressed.

Due to these email issues Sabine asks customers to not email Pheon for a few days while the issue is sorted out.

Sabine is preparing PDF catalogue files to advise customers of available stock.

She will also contact all the customers who subscribed to receive NOTIFICATIONS from Pheon to inform them.

Customers who had asked to have decal sets put aside need not worry, their sets are still aside.

Sabine says she has all the pre-orders details so in time, she will be able to contact everyone.

As Pheon do not take any money for pre-orders, there is no problem, no risk for anyone to lose money.

Sabine and Rowan thank customers and Forum members for their ongoing support and understanding.

Be assured Pheon Decals are still with us!

Sabine has responded to queries about the status of Pheon and asks customers to please be patient during these difficult times.

Rowan's health issues have dominated her attention, so she has not yet been able to produce a new decal catalogue.

She apologises for being behind in responding to emails  but there's much going on behind the scenes that may not be realised.

Pheon is preparing a new website but this has been complicated by the need for some official paperwork.

For Pheon's valued customers she apologies for the delay in replying and a promise to do better in keeping in contact.

Rowan’s health takes priority so it's impossible to promise specific schedules.

Pheon have been loyal supporters of the Forum for many years and we wish Sabine and Rowan the very best for their health and recovery.

So folks, please bear with them and be patient.

Thank you Dave for that information. Truly, their health and well being take a priority over anything else. I'd bet every single person on this forum have plenty of projects in their stash they can work on while Sabine and Rowan recover and refit.
Prayers all around for the both of them from this house.

I'll be honest (and embarrassed) and admit I wasn't aware Rowan was ill. All my warmest wishes and thoughts to him and Sabine for a speedy recovery and more positive times ahead.

It seems like Rowan has had health concerns, on and off, for at least as long as I have known of Pheon Decals.  In recent years, they seem to have become more chronic.  I really hope he gets to feeling better, whether we get more decals from him or not.  Selfishly, I hope we see more of his fantastic work.
