Greetings from Down Under

Hi, everyone
Just a quick message to introduce myself and say ‘hi’. This is an awesome forum and I am glad to now be a member of your clan!
I live in a small town in New South Wales a few hours away from Sydney.
I built a few model planes as a kid and armour kits when I was a student. I have always been a military history enthusiast so I have combined this with my recently re-kindled passion for model building to learn and have fun at the same time.
I intend focusing on WWI planes but I have started with a few Tamiya WWII and Cold War era plane kits first just to ‘sharpen the pencil’ so to speak before starting the more challenging business of WWI plane model kit building. I am also new to airbrushing so the easier builds that these kits offer balance out my total noob airbrushing skills!
I’m looking forward to learning from and contributing to this forum.
Cheers,
Rhodie

Hello Rhodie
Welcome to the Forum, I hope you find plenty here to help your modelling interests. As you'll see we are an international community but the forum was launched in a small town in New South Wales a few hours away from Sydney. These days it's based in Queensland but our focus is world wide and the more members the better for our hobby.
cheers
