Pheon Decals Contact

Has anyone else had issues trying to contact Pheon Decals lately. I have tried to email them a couple of times over the last month  but each time my emails to them have bounced saying that their mailbox is unavailable.

Can anyone help?

I wish they would change their ordering process. When I went to purchase 2 sets recently the site indicates they will send an invoice, but their using Paypal for their shopping cart and their is no option to request an invoice. It has me confused and frustrated.  >:(

If anyone knows the secret to get your order processed please let me know.
