« on: June 29, 2021, 04:55:30 PM »
Hi

Done almost OOO. I have only removed original engine and assembled Small Stuff Le Rhone 9C

Accompanied by colleague, which was completed 5 years ago:)
PS. The tailskid missing was found already and got back to the owner

Very nice. I especially like that photo with both Ns standing on the noses - like synchronized swimming :-)
It is a pity that the spinner obscures the lovely Small Stuff engine almost completely...

Great job on your MS type N - love the worn paint on the cowling.

I assume this was the Eduard kit?

Very nice, both of them! I particularly like the wear and chipping on the spinner and cowling of the more recent one as pointed out by Dave as well.
Cheers,
Lance

That was the hardest part..I have used same methodology as with MS typ L i.e. the blackliner (0,05 or 0,1). You would have just one shot so better to perform few trials to get confident at that step

Superb Modeling! Like others I find the chipping to be outstanding.

That is a stunning pair of MS's. As others have commented the chipping on the spinner and nose and rib details really stand out.

Great work! Just about to finish one of these myself. They are a nice little kit.

For those building one of these, one thing to watch out for is that the wings can be glued on with some backstagger if you're not careful; the leading edges of both wings should be a straight line from tip to tip, both from in front and above.

Cheers,

Brad
