« on: June 25, 2021, 05:09:04 AM »
Just a few photos to augment those on the Build log at:

https://forum.ww1aircraftmodels.com/index.php?topic=12021.75

Colours are for 56 Sqn. RFC in July 1916.

   Hope you like her.

Cheers,
Lance

Your Morane is a real Stunner Lance. Outstanding in every detail! I Love the chipping and staining!

Outstanding Lance! That is a superb model and you have really made a winner there.
I wish Special Hobby would do more WW1 aircraft subjects.

I have commented in the build log Lance, but I am still awed by this build. The chipping, oil stains, colour of the fabric, specific small internal and external details all shout real quality build. In short another mini-masterpiece.

Stephen.

Thank you all for the very nice comments, they are very much appreciated! I wanted to add that this Kit was sent to me by Special Hobby for the "In Box" Review I did on it previously at:

https://forum.ww1aircraftmodels.com/index.php?topic=11512.0

As is to be expected I discovered it had a lot of good qualities not apparent until I actually built the Kit. Like Dave I'd be pleased to see Special Hobby offer more Kits of WW.I subjects.Bottom line, a very decent Kit and please support Special Hobby as they support our Forum!
Cheers,
Lance

That's a wonderful job on your MS type N, Lance.

What's your next project going to be?

Wow Lance, what a nice Bullet!
I build two of this birds in 1/48, but I must admit you really nailed it! Yours is looking very real in many aspects.
Very interesting details are the mount of the windscreen, the double rigging line around the "wing spars", the rib tapes, .....

That is a very nice addition to your collection!

Cheers,
Frank
