1/32 Mercedes D.III
« on: June 03, 2021, 04:17:23 AM »
What are my options for this engine nowadays? I would have bought the WNW engine before their demise

There is the Roden kit. There used to be a True Details resin kit. Are there any other alternatives?

Taurus make a range of details for the D.III (for the WNW kit), HGW make an etch for it and Barracuda make a lagged inlet manifold. Has anyone got any experience of using any of these?

I'm looking for an engine for a scratchbuild

Or wait for Lukgraph D.III

Judging by the LukGraph Clerget I have just built, that would be an excellent solution - if I knew when it would be available
