I know everyone bemoans the demise of WNW, but I honestly don't think we would have ever seen them do this kit, or the Nie.17's.

Talking to Edgar, he says the Starstrutter kit is still in development but the current 1/32  aircraft production schedule has the Caudron G.III at the head of the queue, due for release in September.

Next after that is the 1/32 Bristol Scout - one of my personal favourites which I hope is a huge seller for CSM.

In essence, Copper State need strong kit sales to finance future projects. So the Starstrutter needs some practical model buying support from us to ensure it is produced. In other words, the kits we buy today fund the kits we want tomorrow.

Thanks Dave for the heads up.
I not being contentious here, but Since the first CAD shots of the Star Strutter, CSM have been able to add more armoured vehicles to their range, finish off their 1:32nd series of Nieuport's and now are launching into a unique three aircraft release.
Yet it seems for what ever reason development of the Star Strutter keeps getting stalled.
I really hope it does see the light of day,

Mike

Edgar of Copper State Models has shared more 1/32 Caudron renders for Forum members.

Edgar advises the kit price is likely to be in the 52-55 Euros range.

More details soon.

What if they do a G.IV, too?  The possibilities are fantastic.

It looks just fantastic!

I also hope for a scaling up of their brilliant quarter-scale  G. IV to 1:32  :)

Must admit I was a bit lukewarm about this when it was first announced - I tend to like later-war, more fully developed aircraft, rather than "targets" like this. However I'm thoroughly enjoying building a CSM Nieuport and certainly want to keep Edgar in business so he can give us Starstrutters etc in future.
At a price less than the Nies it would be rude not to buy one!
