Looking terrific! I must say that I am glad you and Kent are superb Modelers as it seems a beginner with resin kits would be in trouble with this one. I am interested in the Albatros CIII but will have to wait to see how that one is to build

Also, this kit is reportedly buildable without a fuss. All the problems I am solving are only because I decided to modify some details...
Anyway, the upper wing is now on.
First, the inner interplane struts were glued to the lower wing using the upper one as template for geometry control. It was possible thanks to the added wire pins on the cabane struts assemblies.


When the glue set I removed the upper wing, added the windscreen

And the rigging lines for the inner bays. With this I could finally attach the upper wing


Well, just before this I could tentatively correct the water pipes. It seems that the front one is alright but the rear one has to be substantially lengthened.

Now for the rigging and to squeeze in the outer struts.
