Primer coat on today, some places need more filler and sanding, the thing in modelling i hate the most.

Excellent progress! I hate filling and sanding but once the primer/paint starts flowing I begin to like the Model again  Speaking of  Filling and sanding did you have to do much to get the lower wing to fit?

I removed quite a bit of plastic to get that lower wing to fit, too much tbh  and had to use tape to get the right dihedral.

Absolute yes! I hate filling and sanding. I always manage to sand off details and still see every hole.

Sounds familiar
I use Vallejo plastic putty for smaller gaps, works perfectly and no sanding required.

I painted the fuselage  and primed the wings for the lozenge decals which arrived today
Some touch ups and clear coat on this evening and tomorrow i will start the decaling work.
