Thanks, I am glad you like the appearance of this Roland of mine.

Excellent rendition of the Whalfish
What color did you use to reproduce the linen? The effect is great
er me

The upper exterior colour is the custom made mix - Vallejo Dark Sand and White in 1:2 ratio. It was inspired by the recipe given in WNW instructions for this optional colour version of Meerkatze, proposed there on the base of analysis of two photos of this aircraft, where it looked different than usual pale blue ones. The undersides are Pactra Mid Stone I usually use for linen colour. All delicately shaded - the upper side with pure Dark Sand and undersides with Beige Brown diluted with clear.

Prze - I find this custom colour very attractive indeed, and the way you've done your mottled appearance has enhanced the look very much. I'm very impressed by your work on this model, and it's given me a new interest in that particular kit. Outstanding!
Cheers,
Gary

Thanks for you continuous support. And the Roland is almost ready, I just need to wait for the veneer propeller...

The color is what I am drawn to which is a great canvas for the decals and the subtle shading and weathering.  A simple build and scheme but very nice.  Paint the plastic prop as a place holder until the veneer one arrives.  It could be awhile and it would be nice to see this at least a painted prop.  You can do it Prez, your audience awaits.

Thank you, everyone. I am glad you like my rendition of Meerkatze.

Thank you, also for this proposal. Yet I hear that I am to get the veneers tomorrow at the latest. So over the weekend I should be able to add the final version of the propeller. I hope it is fine with the audience :)
