Link for the combined PDF is dead.  Links for jpegs were fine.  I built a new PDF and rotated pages.  Will leave it up for a while.

Thanks for doing that!  It was so much easier to scroll through the pdf than the SI interface.  I found the stability sheets and tables at the end fascinating.  I would not have had the patience to get there without your pdf.  It makes me better appreciate the great technical difficulties and risks they faced lugging those "swimmers" through the air.
