WTB Pheon 1/72nd Sopwith Triplanes decal sheet 72003

I had this one earmarked when it came out, missed it, and have been looking for it for some time now. No joy. I thought I'd try here to see if someone had the sheet and they'd be willing to part with it for a reasonable price.

It appears that Pheon decals is out of the 1/72 business.  That said I found Sopwith triplane decals on www.Peddinghaus-decals.de.  All the decals are printed on one sheet so you must cut as close as possible when applying.  Look at # 3858,3860, 3862, and 3864.  Plenty to choose from.  Very reasonable  postage to the US.

Does Avalon sell retail, or just manufacture and distribute to other retailers?

Avalon have a list of retailers on their website including Hannants so they probably don't sell directly, but I would use the contact form to ask.

D'oh!!  I had forgotten to come back here and check lately.

enathan, thanks for the recommendation of the Avalon Decals sheet. If I had seen it previously, I had forgotten about it. Have you used their decals before?

Rip, I'm not sure that Pheon is out of the 1/72nd scale business, but they haven't had any exciting new kits to produce for as they did with the WNW kits, etc. I figure that the market might be saturated at least as far as they're concerned.

No WD, I've never used any Avalon Decals sheet. I've now ordered their new SPAD VII RFC sheet and an older RAF B.E.2C but I don't intend to use them in a while.
