Hi Gene, as Terri says, the Tom's kit is as rare as rocking horse sh*t. I bought mine so long ago I can't remember where. Probably eBay.
Like the Dr.I it was a bit of a pig with mismatching fuselage halves but what an attractive subject! I'd buy a 1/32 one in an Augenblick - hint, hint Roden!

Again, brilliant links Bertl: my reactions were perhaps a little more restrained (!), but still highly appreciative.

I wonder how it starts, pneumatic or something? No prop swinging like on e.g. Kermit Weeks Sopwith Snipe.

I heard, that they are able to do "alarm starts". At first a preparation with switching off the ignition and filling some fuel into the cylinders and slowly rotate the air screw into a specific position (this is also shown on the video here). Then the engine could be fired up by rotating the crank handle on the Bosch magneto. This puts high voltage on the ignition and this pre-filled fuel burns and starts the engine.
This was used on a Fokker D.VII, but here the procedure looks the same. May be on a rotary it has to begin with the upper cylinders because the lower ignition plugs are wet then.
