All,
Here is my latest paper model.  Nieuports sure are pretty and this paper model does not disappoint. Added to this, the digital download makes it easy to reprint parts that you mess up.  That NEVER happens... ::)

I used 1/32nd balsa for formers and internal parts (usually you use cardboard) because I find it easy to form and work with along with providing some strength.  I used putty and primer to hide seams on the wheel hubs and cowling which are inherent in paper models.  Just some simple airbrushing to match colors and some pastel weathering to blend.  I used home made turnbuckles and EZ-Line for rigging which was fast and easy even if it's a cheat!  ;D

A really neat model.  If you haven't tried one of these, you really need to!  There is a learning curve while you learn how to work the paper but it pays off.

Cheers,
Dan

We all seem to work in different media Dan, but you have really mastered paper! Until I saw your models I thought that making them from paper was restricted to a few with much talent. I have not changed my mind on that score - I just think that you are one of the few with that extraordinary talent! Beautiful as always.

Stephen.

NinetythirdLiberator, sorry for my question, but I'm interested in my future works.
The gray of the canvas and metal panels approaches pink, is it a problem of printing or light?

Regards,
Matt77

Hi Matt77 and WELCOME!

That is definitely the poor lighting.  Your colors are really pleasing in person.  No worries here!
Can't wait to see your stuff back on Ecardmodels...

Dan

P.S.  I trust you are well in Italy

Great model Dan, the more you do here the better they get! I've had a "close up" of this genre through a fellow Club Member here, and it won't be long before I try one on for size! Your work on these is truly inspirational, and I look forward to your next project.
Cheers,
Lance
