Made a start on the decals with tomorrow being round 2 for the rest . This is a mixture of the kit decals and from the spare box . The white bands on the wings will need touch up they won't fit right on the leading edge and they are cracking as well .

Excellent work, Alexis. The Mustang has taken on quite a dramatic look with the addition of the markings. Shaping up beautifully!

I find the US WW2 olive drab schemes rather dull, but with the additional markings they become much more interesting. It seems that you are bringing both projects to successful conclusions in parallel - good idea as they have similar colour schemes.
