This book was published in 2008 so I wrote to the author if there was going to be a volume two. He responded that after twelve years, he has gathered enough accurate information to issue volume two later this year. Research is a long and laborious process.
I obtained my copy recently from Modelimex which is in the Czech Republic where this book is printed. You may also be able to get a copy direct from the author/publisher.
