Customs charges
« on: June 15, 2019, 10:54:33 PM »
I’ve just got a letter from Royal Mail to say they’re holding my WW DH.9 and want £22.26 up front.

It’s a gift effectively - won in the WWs Modeller of the Month competition...

Do I have any choice!?

Thanks

Guy

Ouch!! I thought Canadian Border Services were brutal, but apparently they aren't the only ones ........... :( I'll be very interested in how this issue goes Guy, good luck!
Cheers,

Unfortunately WNW apparently are not allowed to send the prizes without declaring the cost. And it is enough for the customs to get interested.
