So making some progress on both the Albatros and Pfalz. So far the engines. For the Albatros DV the 160 HP Mercedes DIII and for the Pfalz 185 HP Mercedes DIIIa. Engines in various stages of completion although the DIII for the Albatros is about done.

That D III really looks as though all it needs is some petrol and oil, and an electric charge to set of the plugs! The wiring is very good - and I suspect reather smaller than it looks in the photos.

Thanks Stephen. Yes the engine is quite a bit smaller than the photo. Doesn't look nearly as rough in 1/1 scale  :o
