Wellington IPMS 2012 club competition
« on: November 05, 2012, 07:45:50 PM »
Here are a few photos from our IPMS club's annual competition.

This diminutive model is by Neil Bissell, Maurice Provost's 1912 speed record holder. Its mostly scratchbuilt on the 1/72 vacform fuselage from Classic Plane.

Here are some of the 1/32 scale planes:

Malcolm Thomas's Albatros DV in the foreground

Bruce Adam's Wingnut Wings Hansa Brandenburg W.29

The RE8 from our own Kong (Dave), which also features in the latest Windsock International magazine

And a bit of fun from Will Vale:

Happy Modelling

That 1912 speed record holder looks simple to begin with but on closer study there is amazing workmanship involved in its creation.
Great big scale entry's shows 1/32 is REALLY back!!! Nice Orc bomba..or is it a fighta?
