Not a great deal achieved since my last update folks  :-[

I resprayed the linen with a mix of the original German dope linen , flat white and light grey and am reasonably happy with the outcome. Wood graining with oils and a Tamiya clear yellow seal.



Engine still ongoing but getting to the oiling and staining stage.



Slow progress I am afraid  :(

Great work!! Can you explain how to use the Tam clear colours. Spray? Thin with Tam thinner? Brush? I have always failed with it.

Thanks for those kind comments folks, all very much appreciated and Ryan thanks for that top tip on the cardboard, Keep those tips a rolling in  :D

Regarding the Tamiya clear colours Steve, I brush it but I do use Tamiya thinners and work as quickly as possible before it starts to become tacky, I too have struggled with this before and things haven't gone well but I was lucky this time.
