Agree with the crowd Rick, looks great and no one will count the stripes.  If you can live with it, my vote is leave it alone, but you will make the final decision.

Thanks Amigo. Could be going that way...I will know tomorrow. It depends on my Local Hobby Shop and if they have Tamiya white in stock  :o

I think you'd be mad to redo this - who's counting? It looks great and we all know that WW1 references are blurry anyway.

So the Mechanics worked overnight and painted the stripes on the Undersurface of the upper wing. There were  2 choices here:
1. Do like Kirschtein's DR1 and reverse the stripes.
2. Do like Kirschtein"s DVII and keep them the same direction.
I chose option 2. why? Because I liked it  ::) So just a tad of touch up and I will move on to the interior.

I intentionally didn’t get into that issue earlier to avoid me becoming dramatic like „Nooooo! Don’t strip that beautiful upper wing! For heavens sake!“ . So it is good to see you leaving it as it is  :)
